TRE-IMPRESSIONS: As mentioned, I don't play the game and hence is unfamiliar with the get-up, but he reminds me of a distinct 80's get-up, when "Mobile Discos" were the rage in Singapore way-back-when, and when funky overalls were in fashion! Hey, but Snake looks spiffy here, so I'm not complaining :)
